11/03/08 - Most improved School in the UK

We are proud to announce that The Matthew Arnold School in Staines, London - "most improved school in the country" for 2008 are using the Enterprise Grid™ to track and record enterprise education.

It is noted in their 2008 Ofsted report that "the school's specialist status and its extended school provision enable large numbers of pupils to participate in an increasing and imaginative programme of extra-curricular activities." The Enterprise Grid™ enables all teaching staff to quickly and easily record these activities in a central location.

The tables show that between 2004 and 2007, the percentage of 15-year-olds achieving five good (A*-C grade) GCSEs or equivalents, including in maths and English, has risen faster than in any other secondary. You can view a BBC Report from January 2008 - "Most Improved School in the Country"
