In addition to the ability of filtering the view by group or year, we've now made it possible to filter by specific subjects or types of activities. To use this feature, simply click on the "Filter View" icon and choose a subject from the drop down menu. You can also create a PDF document reflecting the filtered view by clicking on the "Save to PDF" icon.

Linking your Grid to the school website is the best way to show the outside world how you're developing enterprise. We've added a new feature to simplify this process and we're offering a free service to help you set it up. You can now add "help prompts" that hover above the individual skills in your Grid. These prompts are very helpful when staff are unsure of the meaning of a particular skill or capability. To add a prompt to an existing skill; simply sign in with your edit account and click on the appropriate "Skill". We're in the process of compiling a list of help prompts for each skill. If you would like to share your prompts with other schools, please send us your suggestions.

In order to store more evidence against a lesson or activity, we've increased the number of permitted file attachments from 1 to 5. (We've also made it easier to remove attachments.) We've also improved the validation messages displayed when you try to submit an activity without completing the form correctly. Some schools have requested a way to store additional information for each activity in the Grid. To make this possible we've added the ability to have a "custom" input box or drop-down list. Many of the schools using the Enterprise Grid requested the ability to record evidence against other criteria. We’re pleased to announce that this is now possible. As well as mapping evidence against enterprise skills and capabilities – you can now use criteria such as Every Child Matters (ECM), Personal Learning and Thinking Skills, Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning (SEAL) – even the OFSTED SEF framework. Over the last few months we've embarked on many projects where a parent organisation - like an LA (Local Authority) or EBP (Education Business Partnership) are responsible for managing the delivery of Enterprise Education in a group of schools. In response to this we have released a multi-grid management interface. This new facility makes it extremely quick and easy for parent organisations to monitor progress in a large number of schools.

Enterprise Folio™ now includes grid-like tracking that displays a visual grid of learner's work mapped against specific skills. This new feature saves teaching staff valuable time as they can quickly see from one page every piece of learner's work and under which skill/category it's been published. As well as the overview page - staff can mouseover each piece of work to view further information. Clicking the hyperlink will load the relevant ePortfolio and display the specific piece of work.

Administrators can now provide teachers with a specific password that logs them into the Enterprise Grid™ with a simplified interface. With the administration features removed and a simpler set of icons - the teachers are free to focus on recording the enterprise activity in as least time as possible!

With schools using the Enterprise Grid™ to record such a large number of activities across a range of year groups - we've created a new tool that allows administrators to filter the view by specifc years/groups.

To help learners create evidence in their ePortfolio as quickly as possible we've introduced content templates. These templates are ideal for recording learning outcomes from enterprise activities. For example:- learners who take part in a "Dragon's Den" style event would log in to Enterprise Folio™ and choose the 'My Business Idea' template. We can pre-load the system with any form of template and design them to suit your events.
